Shipping
Every Delfina Saint piece is hand-finished, numbered, and made to order in our atelier. Production takes approximately 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your piece is complete, it is shipped fully insured via tracked courier.
- Domestic (US): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- A signature is required on delivery for all shipments.
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is made to order and individually numbered for its owner, all sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun.
Order changes & cancellations: You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Email o@delfinasaint.com as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective items: If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at o@delfinasaint.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost, or issue a full refund if neither is possible. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the piece being received by our atelier.
Lifetime Care
Every Maison piece is covered by our complimentary lifetime care program — including cleaning, polishing, and replating. Shipping to and from the atelier for care services is the responsibility of the owner.
